The meditation below is to bring much need healing to your auric field, chakras and to re-align your energy system so that you radiate the Christ light wherever you go.

If you were to use the visualisation of a golden ball wrapped around your body you will cleanse and purify your being on every level. Use a bright light filled ( like a sun ) finish whilst visualizing the a golden ball around your being, and you will build up the energy over the course of time use for 9 days and say at the end "I AM Archangel Metatrons Golden Healing Ball" x3 times - then say thank you to Archangel Metatron afterwards. A simple but effective technique for cleansing your energy field. Use this technique for 9 days and you will feel the benefit for a long time afterwards.

Now we come to the part that is not just healing the chakras within your being, we will heal your auric field that surrounds your body and the atmosphere that surrounds your auric field. If your auric field has got any leakages or any disturbances within it, that will also have an effect upon your aura and of course upon you, therefore we will now work with the energies so as to re-balance, re-align, energise and heal your auric field and chakra's, we will bring in the angels to help with this. archangel Gabrielle, archangel Michael, Archangel Jophiel, Archangel Sandalphon, Archangel Uriel, Archangel Ariel, Archangel Jeremiel, and Archangel Metatron. Picture them all sending there energy of light to the area in front of you, to the sides of you, and behind you, they are all sending you the colours that they feel are necessary for you...they are also sending you music, they are playing beautiful music, each one of them has a different instrument, each one of them is tuning in on a different vibration in order to heal that which needs healing. Imagine them dancing, swaying, gliding around the room, bringing in more angels as they do so, they are bringing in the cherubim, the seraphim and your personal guardian angels, they are bringing in all of them, to cleanse and purify the areas that surround you. Picture them sweeping up the debris, all the things that are needed no longer. See them polishing and cleaning, sparkling and revitalising your being, see them restoring you back to full health. In the case that there maybe leakages within your auric field, ask the angels to sow up the parts where there are holes, where the leakages are coming from. So imagine this, imagine them doing this, see them sowing up the pieces, making them as strong, and as powerful and as together as they need to be, imagine also the image of the star, the six pointed star, the star of David as otherwise known, blazing upon you and the area’s around you. The star is healing everything that is out of kilt, out of balance, and empowering the energies that surround you and at the same time banishing all energies that are not for your highest good. It is a very bright light that comes from the star, very bright, very powerful, it exudes love and healing, allow this to give you the positivity you deserve in order to help yourself. we now call in the Devic kingdom, the fairies and the forest folk, and ask them to do their jobs also, they are keen to do this, as they find it rather fun. So begin by imagining them all coming in, with their bags on their backs, full of all the tools and utensils that they need to heal your auric field. Picture them working hard, cleansing, purifying, healing, rebalancing in all ways that you could imagine. See the area around you shine with such brilliance, such radiance as they begin to do their job, and they do there job very well ! Sense your energy field gleaming, and know that they are always there for you and This of course is having a wonderful effect upon your chakra's, we now ask them to seal your auric field shut...if you look closely, there is a little door that the devic kingdom have been using to come in and out, this door has to remain sealed, it is a very strong door, a dark wooden door, with a gold handle...you are now being handed a key to place in the lock of that strong wooden door, of which you will lock secure and tight, so that no one can come in the space around you, unless you permit them to. Now look around, see within the area around you, how glistening, how bright, how vibrant, how light and airy the energy is around you, see your chakras blazing brightly, see them shining individually, violet, Indigo, blue, green, yellow, orange, and red, feel your connection to mother earth as far more powerful and deep rooted than ever before and see around you the most beautiful golden light... emanating...glistening.... which is the gift that has been given to you from the archangels, a golden egg has been placed entirely around your auric field to protect you and your chakra's., whilst still allowing you to be deep rooted into the earth and it's energies.
