The Star Of David is a very powerful symbol and is connected to Helios and Vesta who are the male and female aspects of our Sun. If you were to use the visualisation of connecting the colours of the rainbow with each of your chakra points, you will balance your chakras. A higher expression of this particular meditation is to use the colour Gold within each chakra point, this is much better. But to begin with it is a useful exercise to use the various colours and say at the end "I AM Helios and Vesta's Christed Rainbow" x3 times - then say thank you to Helios and Vesta Afterwards. A simple but effective technique for Balancing your chakras. Use this technique for 9 days and you will feel the benefit for a long time afterwards. You will now learn how to fully protect yourselves in re-aligning your auric field, your aura and re-balancing your chakras, checking also if there are any leakages or openings in the atmosphere around you, which are allowing your energies to drop and stopping you from being as positive, as bouncy and as radiant as you should be.
I ask you to sit quietly, to place your hands upon your legs, with your hands faced upwards, with your back straight in a comfortable chair, ready to begin the meditation. Always allow yourselves time to inhale and exhale, this is extremely important, in doing this you will release all negativity within you and inhale everything that is light. Now take those deep breathes, take them deeply and slowly, breathing out all the anxieties, worries and concerns of today, and breathing in, the abundance of love that is there for you to inhale. We will start by focusing upon your chakras, beginning with the seven main chakras, we ask you to picture the colour violet, watch it shining down upon your crown chakra, which is at the very top of your head. Imagine that violet ray, shining powerfully above you, radiating its colour, healing and rebalancing that area of your body, go further down to your third eye, the point between your eyebrows, picture an indigo colour and again imagine the ray of that colour shining brilliantly, in your mind's eye position. Move down to the throat area, where you will find the throat chakra, now you need to focus on a blue colour, a beautiful vibrant blue, imagine that ray linking to your throat and sending it an immense amount of healing and love. then move down to your heart chakra, and we use green for this, picturing a green light, vibrant green, see it shining upon your heart chakra, blazing it's wonderful deep colour, healing and restoring your heart, move down to your solar plexus, where I ask you to concentrate upon the colour yellow, the colour of the sunshine, imagine that vibrant yellow shining it's gloriousness upon you in that area and feel it healing and comforting you and move down to the sacral area and picture an orange colour, strong powerful orange, see it clearly shining in that area of your body and feel the radiance of that colour, beaming it's healing properties to your area. lastly we will link in to the base chakra, with this the colour red is needed so think of the vibrant red, and see it's ray shining in abundance on your base chakra, feel the energy being sent to that area, balancing and re-energising you, together with all the other chakra’s. starting back at the top, imagine the violet on your crown chakra, blazing it's beauty, your third eye with the indigo, blue with your throat, green with the heart, yellow with the solar plexus, orange with the sacral and red with the base. See all those colours blazing within your body, feel the warmth and the harmony that is being restored back into you, now beneath your sacral is the base, but going further down from the base there is a connection to the earth, and this is called the earth star and can be found at your feet and it's intention is to ground you and keep you earthed. So focus on your feet and watch them go further and further down into the ground, rooting themselves, anchoring themselves, so that they feel completely attached to the earth energies, imagine yourself as the tree , as sturdy as the mighty tree and visualise the roots going deeper and deeper and deeper into the ground....now move your attention to just above your crown chakra, to your spiritual higher consciousness chakra's, now there are many, but I only ask you to picture one, just a few centimetres above your crown chakra, and envisage whatever brings you joy, whatever brings you happiness, picture a ball of light, picture yourself a star, or an angel, but see it blazing gloriously above you, protecting you and keeping you harmonized and blending in perfectly with the rest of the chakra’s, within your body, now you can see all of the colours blazing beautifully, together with the earth star and your spiritual chakra, I ask you to imagine one beautiful chord of light, beam of light shining through from above your crown, through your body, to come right out at the other end, out at your feet, choose whatever colour you wish to choose, whether it be gold, silver, white, blue, pink, whatever colour you would like to choose, choose it, for it will be the right colour, imagine that colour swirling through the chakras and back up again, and swirling through the chakras again, blending in with all the brilliance of the other colours, picture also the colours in the form of a rainbow, as they are shining upon you from above, each of the colours mentioned plus more colours, add them to the colours of this rainbow, imagine them shining above you, through you, see the power and healing capacity, that this rainbow has, absorb it's healing power, feel it blazing upon you and breathe it in, ...so we have all the colours connecting to your chakras, we have the rainbow itself, blazing above you, saturating your entire being, what more could you desire, to make you feel secure, warm and enriched by these beautiful colours, this is the start in making sure that your chakras are as powerful, healthy and protective to you, as possible. It is an exercise that you must do as often as you can.
